Happy St. Patty’s Day!
I hope the day finds you well rested & ready to tackle the week ahead! Each Sunday, I recommend writing down your “TOP 5” list- the top 5 things you want to achieve for the week. Post them where you will see them often, and share them with others that can help hold you accountable. Get your mindset RIGHT! It’s GO TIME!
I stumbled across these words today from one of my highly influential mentors, Todd Durkin.
“Three simple rules in life:
1. If you do not GO after what you want, you’ll never have it.
2. If you do not ASK, the answer will always be NO.
3. If you do not step FORWARD, you will ALWAYS be in the same place.”
So true! Too often we over-complicate & over-think things. This week, I hope you can simplify your process of reaching goals. Whatever they may be…just GO FOR IT! You have nothing to lose!
The Dailey EYE TWITCH Tip: DE-STRESS! We’ve all had them. The annoying twitch in the eyelid that can be just about as distracting as the old Chinese water torture technique. If you have had an eye twitch, especially a persistent one…I am sure you have wondered WHY you have it and WHAT it means? Doctors point to the holy trinity of stress, fatigue, & caffeine. Fewer mugs of coffee, a bit more sleep, and less time spent strapped to your desk chair should relieve the tic in a day or two.
CLASS UPDATE: GAME ON tomorrow with 3 Functional Fitness classes! 6am, 9:30am, & 6pm! Which one will YOU be coming to? Spring break is around the corner, & that means some of you will be missing some classes! Plan ahead and get your “make-up’s” in early! Don’t forget to give me a head’s up with a quick email or text if you are coming tomorrow!
CHEERS!
Peace & Health!

p.s. your Dailey thought…
“It is easy to be pleasant when life flows by like a song, but the man worth while is the one who will smile when everything goes dead wrong. For the test of the heart is trouble, and it always comes with years, and the smile that is worth the praises of earth is the smile that shines through the tears.”
