Magnesium for better body functioning

Posted on

Hey beautiful people!

It’s fabulous day outside, and I hope you are taking a moment out of your day to enjoy it! The “W.O.W.” is MOTIVATION…and sometimes a good bit of fresh air can do wonders! Speaking of MOTIVATION, take a look around you right now. If you are in public, the workplace, or even sitting among family/friends…you might be in the company of someone in NEED of MOTIVATION! Inspire them with positive thoughts & ACTION!

The Dailey HEALTH Tip: BE SURE TO GET ENOUGH MAGNESIUM! Magnesium is a mineral that’s crucial to the body’s function. Magnesium helps keep blood pressure normal, bones strong, and the heart rhythm steady. Experts say that many people in the U.S. aren’t eating enough foods with magnesium. Adults who consume less than the recommended amount of magnesium are more likely to have elevated inflammation markers. Inflammation, in turn, has been associated with major health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. Also, low magnesium appears to be a risk factor for osteoporosis.

NEW SPACE UPDATE: Small snafu this week…which might set our move in date back. I guess every construction project has one, right??? As of now, there’s not a chance we can have that pre-opening Saturday class I have been teasing my class members with. I promise the day will come…and say some prayers that it’s sooner than later! Will keep you posted on our “move”…but for now just plan on business as usual at Sherwood until further notice for the classes!
