The “W.O.W.” = DISCIPLINE!!!
WooHoo for short weeks! The 4th of July = fireworks, barbeques, & celebration! I hope you have something fabulous on tap for your 4th! As you gear up for your celebration, stay FOCUSED on your personal goals. Make a new TOP 5 list for the week, albeit a short week! MAKE time every day to dedicate to your goals, and try to remember “WHY” you set them in the first place. Ultimately, the “WHY” behind every goal is the driving force to your success.
The “W.O.W.” is DISCIPLINE! Who couldn’t use a little more of it this time of year?! With summer vacations in full swing, & the summer mentality setting in…DISCIPLINE often takes the back seat. During this holiday week, and likely a short week for most of us…let’s be sure to practice DISCIPLINE! Get some exercise every day, no matter what! Be sure to eat some fruits & veggies every day, no matter what! Drink LOTS of water, no matter what! It’s fine to cut yourself a little slack every now and then to “enjoy life”, but counter the negative effects by making some healthy choices, even on the “cheat weeks”!
