Tomorrow is the start of a brand new week…and our FIRST full post-holiday week!

Here is a bit of “food for thought” for you as you plow forward towards the PROMISES you made yourself for 2014:

Diet did not originally mean “food restriction”. The word was expropriated by a billion dollar diet industry. Diet is actually your weekly Food Program, similar to having an Exercise Program. Athletes aiming to gain weight are on a diet. Olympic athletes are on a diet. Train to be fit and strong, eat to be healthy and strong, shift the TYPE of food you eat – don’t restrict the quantity, and you will be the one leaner at the end of 2014 and with more energy and strength with a body built, and fueled, for action. “Diets” as most think of them, are a short lived shortcut guaranteed to cause your body to want to store more fat.

Real Exercise + Real Food = Real Results. Done.
