What an amazing day!

There is new growth and life all around us-embrace it! The earth is awakening & coming alive after the winter slumber. Your Dailey PORTION CONTROL reminder: No need to be obsessive about measuring portions, but you should be aware that they really aren’t as big as we think. Here are a few references you can use when building your plates to help you stay in check & be sure the baseball portions on your plate are the VEGGIES!

1 cup = a baseball

¾ cup = tennis ball

½  cup = computer mouse

¼ cup = size of an egg
