Hope your week is off to a great start so far! We’ve had some amazing energy in the studio already today…and tremendous display of TEAMWORK! I can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings if it’s already this fabulous!
There is a lot of chatter about the Mind & Body RESET, and specifically revamping the foods consumed! Keep in mind the “Top 20 Food List” is just that…a top 20 list. Not the top 50, top 100, etc. There are MANY other great foods that can be added. I am simplifying by listing out some of the best real foods with the biggest nutritional punches. By all means add as many other fruits/vegetables to your list as you can! You cannot overeat fruit & vegetables. The idea is to eat foods that come in their natural form. Hence why there is no bread or dairy listed, no canned meats-vegetables-fruits, no instant oatmeal or breakfast cereals. To quote the great Jack LaLanne: “If man made it…don’t eat it!” Good rule of thumb to live by. If you want to add in oatmeal, Greek yogurt, cheese, etc….do it with caution and buy the BEST. Make your oatmeal the steel cut version you have to cook. Get PLAIN Greek yogurt and add a bunch of fresh fruit to sweeten it up. Get Tillamook cheeses (or other kosher brands) that don’t have a list of ingredients. ORGANIC anything when possible!

Email each other, meet up for some exercise outside of the classes here, share recipes, give each other support & accountability! We are a TEAM…and I promise the ones who share the most will see the biggest results!
