Snow? Try this “BLIZZARD” workout!

The snow is coming to the Triad…and there is a good chance that there will be disruptions in daily routines over the next few days. If you find yourself “snowed in” and unable to work, go to the gym, attend your favorite classes at the Dailey Fitness studio, etc…make it an excuse to PLAY! CREATE your own workout in the snow with THIS challenge:

Instead of a “HURRICANE”…make it a “BLIZZARD”!!!

Round 1:

  • 25 second snow sprints-uphill if possible!
  • 10 pushups
  • 10 Running Man Crunches (each side!)


Round 2:

  • 25 second snow sprints
  • 10 snow “sit-outs”
  • 10 mountain climbers (each side!)


Round 3:

  • 25 second snow sprints
  • 10 burpees
  • 40 flutter kicks (or snow angels instead!)

Repeat each round 3 times with no rest…rest 4-5 minutes between each round.

I’d LOVE to now who has the “OLYMPIC EFFORT” & makes this happen!
