The “W.O.W” = FOCUS!

Happy Sunday!

We are about to begin WEEK 4 of the Mind & Body RESET! There has been an insane amount of change at the studio the last few weeks. Not only are major pounds being shed…but more importantly folks are getting SERIOUS about  nutrition, hydration, rest, & EXERCISE! These things should NEVER be expendable, no matter how busy our lives may be. Way to go if you are creating major changes in these areas!


The “W.O.W.” (word of the week) = FOCUS! Make the most important thing…THE most important thing! Despite how great you might think you are at multi-tasking, it is impossible to focus on more than one thing at a time. This is nature’s law-not mine! Wherever you are right now is a direct result of what you have (or have not) done. Want to see different results? You will have to do something different to get them. FOCUS this week on what is most important…right now, at any given moment.  This is one of the keys to great success in any aspect of life!


The Dailey NUTRITION Tip of the day:  If your food can go bad…it’s likely good for you. If your food won’t go bad…it’s likely NOT good for you! Shopping the perimeters of the grocery store is the best way to ensure you are at least getting “food”. Now it’s up to you to choose the best quality. Look for organic, free range, grass fed produce & farm animals. Just because something says “all natural” doesn’t mean it is! Look at the labels closely and check the ingredients!
