This week’s “W.O.W.” = PRACTICE! Check out the 3rd, 4th, & 5th letters of this word…”ACT”. How you PRACTICE & how you ACT will determine everything! Wherever you are right now is a direct result of your practice & actions…and if you don’t have something you want, you just haven’t been doing the stuff to get it.  No one to blame but yourself! This week, PRACTICE the most important things that will help you reach your goals for health & fitness. Could you do a little better with nutrition? Could you put better effort into your workouts? Are you getting enough rest & recovery? None of these things are expendable — no matter how busy you are. The more you PRACTICE them, the BETTER you will get!


Week 5 of the Mind & Body RESET! With only half of our TEAM weighed in…I am anxiously anticipating the RESULTS of week 4! Get those #’s to me! Remember the “W.O.W.” as you attack this week…and PRACTICE the right things to move your needle in the right direction! It’s 100% yours for the taking! How bad do you want it?
