The Dailey NUTRITION Tip: BREAD!!! LOTS of folks hitting me up with questions and concerns about giving up bread during this 6 week reset (or even permanently)! My answer is this: You don’t have to “give it up”, but you need to be sure to get the BEST choices! Know what you are eating!
