I want to hear some funny stories of how you fooled or got fooled today! 

The “W.O.W.” is CREATE! Have you ever noticed that CREATE & REACT have the same letters? Two very different words, yet both symbolize how we live. Do you spend more of your time CREATING or REACTING to life? Think about that for a minute. This is a very busy time of year. It’s spring break for many! We are in the thick of tax season. Youth sports are in full swing. Graduations are quickly approaching. How do you manage the stress, chaos, & insanity of the world you live in? This week, I want to encourage you to CREATE the best outcome possible. Focus on the 1 or 2 areas of your life that you’ve neglected over the last month, and CREATE a different ending for April. 

The Dailey Health Tip: So – Is there is a chance that you overindulged a bit on candy or other tidbits yesterday and are feeling not at your best today? If so, one of the simplest and best things to do to help you feel better is to drink a lot of water today, make sure you get veggies with every meal, and take a nice long walk outdoors. 

CLASS UPDATE: GAME ON tomorrow! We have 2 fitness classes in the am, and a wonderful & soothing flex class in the pm! Come to one or BOTH for a balanced day of exercise. The Tues & Thurs classes have gotten quite large on average, so PLEASE let me know with a quick RSVP if you are attending any class tomorrow! HUGE help so I will know how much “FUN” to pull out of the closet tomorrow morning!
