Happy Tuesday!

And HAPPY is sure has been! WOW! Great start to the day today by OFFICIALLY opening the doors to the new Dailey Fitness Studio! We have had 2 great Functional Fitness classes today, some 1-1 time, and ending the day today with Functional Flex! I can’t wait for our space to evolve as the days, weeks, & months come our way. If you like what you see now….hold onto your seat! It’s only going to get BETTER!!!


The Dailey HEALTH Tip: CHEW YOUR FOOD!!! Chewing your food adequately is a very important facet of the digestive process. Not only does chewing begin to mechanically break down food into ever-smaller particles and make the job of the stomach a bit easier, but inadequate chewing, fast chewing/eating, chewing/eating while standing, etc can all introduce extra air into your system and promote gas and bloating. Don’t forget to chew!


CLASS UPDATE: Check the online schedule!  NEW CLASS time being ADDED to the menu starting next week! Tomorrow, we have 6am & 6pm Functional Fitness! Who’s coming?!?

It takes a lot of COURAGE to get up early to workout, and it takes just as much COURAGE to keep distractions at bay in the evening. MAKE IT HAPPEN folks!
