Happy TUESDAY!!!

What a great day!!! The sun was shining & the weather was awesome in Greensboro today! And my clients totally ROCK! I am truly blessed to be surrounded every day by so much amazing energy & people who genuinely want to get BETTER! It just doesn’t get any better than that! Speaking of…I saw this quote today and it really had an impact on me:

“I would rather earn 1% off a 100 people’s efforts than 100% of my own efforts.” ~John D Rockefeller

This quote speaks volumes to me on a personal level, not necessarily just in dollar sense. For me, it’s not about the dollar. I mean, of course I want to make money…but more importantly I want to change lives! I am driven to have a positive impact on as many lives as humanly possible. But if I live long & strong to be 100, what good is it if I don’t have 100 others with me??? Think about how the efforts of 100 people affect YOUR life. In the end, one person can only accomplish so much…but 100 people can move mountains!

The Dailey HEALTH Tip: PEPPERMINT! It’s commonly known that this little herb is a great cure for bad breath, can ease nausea, & makes for a soothing/relaxing tea…but there are numerous other health benefits of peppermint. Did you know that it can also relieve GI disorders, soothe headaches, help combat the cold, flu & sore throats, & reduce skin irritation from insect bites, rashes, & bouts with poison ivy/oak? Use peppermint oils on the skin to reduce inflammation, inhale peppermint to relieve sinus pressure, & chew on peppermint leaves or drink it in tea to attach the digestive system & stomach problems! (It’s also fantastic in a Mojito!)

CLASS UPDATE: Functional Flex is still hanging by a thread at 9:30 on Wed!!! If you support this class and want to see it stay on the schedule…prove it! Come tomorrow! 🙂 Attendance over the next couple of weeks is crucial to the survival of this class! The option to this class being debated now is to change the Wed class to a FITNESS class – OR – put a 9:30 Fitness/Flex class on Mondays instead! Your vote counts…so let me know if you have an opinion (& which class you would prefer)!
