The Dailey NUTRITION Tip: CHOOSE WILD FISH/SEAFOOD-NOT FARM RAISED! If you eat fish as a source of lean & healthy protein, beware! The farm raised varieties are just as toxic as the mass farmed land animals. Although there are still plenty of pollutants in our oceans and lakes to cause alarm, I would still stick to wild caught seafood without fail.
