GOT IBS? Find the CAUSE!!!

ONE MORE DAY left in 2013!

Before we say good-bye to this year, and ring in 2014…I challenge you to spend a few hours making yourself a comprehensive written list of 20 or more powerful “promises” to fulfill within 2014.  Note I said “promises”, not goals or resolutions. People often make resolutions and goals and then do not see them through. These are not strong enough words.  Goals and resolutions are often quickly forgotten, but a “promise” to yourself is meant to be kept!

The Dailey IBS/DIGESTIVE HEALTH Tip: Because so MANY of my clients & family suffer from IBS (& other related issues), and ALL of us know someone afflicted…here is a great post from Dr. Jillian Teta: “IBS is a symptom, not a disease. If you have received this diagnosis find someone who can help guide you through figuring out the cause! Places to look: food intolerances, dysbiosis, pathogenic infection (with yeast, bacteria or parasite), leaky gut, imbalances of the nervous system affecting motility and low digestive fire. Often, there is more than one thing contributing to symptoms, and many of these functional issues can play off of or create each other. There is a LOT of help out there for those of you with IBS!!!!” Make 2014 the year of CHANGE when it comes to your digestive health! Dig deeper into discomforts and be proactive! Drugs only mask the symptoms, but eliminating the cause all together can be a life changer!

Your Dailey Thought…

“To accomplish great things, we must not only plan, but also believe.” ~Anatole France

Make those “promises” to yourself…for GREAT things will happen!

Tomorrow…6am Functional Fitness is looking GREAT with 7 registered…but the 9:30am & 12pm classes are questionable as only 3 are registered! (4 keeps either class on the schedule)

If you are coming to either/or/both and haven’t signed up…DO IT (or let me know with a quick email)! I’d HATE to cancel either class if you are in fact planning to be there! DROP-IN’S WELCOME! Bring a friend (& let me know they are coming!)

Let’s finish this year STRONG!!!
