Happy Martin Luther King Day!

These words are symbolic not only of racial equality & freedom, but for any aspect of life with importance. Apply this thought to health & wellness for instance. To make great strides forward, you must work hard & stay consistent. You must stand tall & fight back against the food industry that is committed to hiding truths & tricking us with marketing only to make us fatter & sicker. A strong mind & body is not handed to us on a platter…it comes from battling obstacles, overcoming fears, rising above failure, and lots of determination to succeed!
