Your Dailey HEALTH Tip: Inadequate hydration is a major cause of chronic constipation. Before you reach for your fiber supplements, make sure you have enough water on board! Adding fiber to an already dry system will make constipation worse. Try to aim for at least 2-2.5L of water at a bare minimum. Best bet, try ½ of your body weight in ounces every day!
WOW!!! What a morning! 2 amazing workouts back to back with the functional fitness crews. I can’t wait to slow things down for the flex class tonight at 6pm! Spending quality time on flexibility is an necessity for a balanced fitness program. Insanity = doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results. Make time to realign tonight!
