One of my favorite sayings is “Your ATTITUDE determines your ALTITUDE”! The mind is one of our most valuable, and POWERFUL tools! Your mindset will either set you up for success, or failure. Your limits are set through your belief system. This week, expand your limits. Remember that your ATTITUDE will determine how far you go this week!
The WARRIOR Nutrition Tip: DON’T COUNT CALORIES, JUST EAT REAL FOOD! Counting calories becomes completely unnecessary when you eat food that doesn’t have labels! It’s pretty hard to eat 700 calories in broccoli, but 700 calories in chips is hardly enough to wet your appetite! At Dailey Fitness/TFW Greensboro…we emphasize to do the simple things EXTRAORDINARILY well. Eating REAL food is one of them! This week’s CHALLENGE: Eat NOTHING that has a label on it! If you can do this, I guarantee you feel different by the end of the week!
