The Dailey IMMUNE BOOSTING Tip: GINGER, HONEY, LEMON TEA! Give your body a warm and tasty immune boosting cup of tea by boiling 2 cups of water, and 1 square inch piece of fresh ginger root (peeled/grated), & cover for 5+mintues. Strain, and add raw honey & lemon to taste. Not only is this great for the immune system, but it is fantastic for digestive health, & can knock out congestion!
