The “W.O.W.” is DISCIPLINE and what a fantastic demonstration of this today in the 3 functional fitness classes! WOW! Way to CRUSH it today! Tomorrow is a new day, so get your game face on! Where can YOU practice a bit more DISCIPLINE to help move your needle this week?


The Dailey LUNCH Tip: Instead of eating sandwiches, put your sandwich filling over a salad (can be raw or wilted) or a bed of sautéed veggies. Like tuning up breakfast, this simple change will help digestion, be better for blood sugar and body composition. DISCIPLINE baby!!!
