What a fantastic start to the week so far!

The “W.O.W.” is FIND A WAY….and I am so inspired & proud of everyone who has vowed to FIND A WAY to put their health first this week! Whether your biggest goals are health related, career driven, emotionally or spiritually inspired…if it’s THAT important to you-you can FIND A WAY to get it done. As the week progresses, think of at least ONE important thing that you tend to procrastinate each day/week/month & FIND A WAY to move it to the top of the list! I promise there will be no regrets!


The Dailey ALLERGY Tip(s): Did you know…?
1. Eating certain foods, particularly processed sugar, milk products, wheat and orange juice can worsen seasonal allergies
2. Dehydration can also worsen seasonal allergies. Water is a powerful antihistamine. Drink at *least* 2 liters of water per day – preferably closer to 3!
3. Seasonal allergies can have GI effects. Loose stool, mucous in the stool, itchy or burning mouth or an upswing in canker sores can be associated with seasonal allergies.
