Perfect quote as our message & motivation at the gym is ADVERSITY & CHALLENGE this month!  There have been many stories told about athletes & Olympians who have faced great adversity trying to reach their goals. Although none of us are high end athletes or Olympians trying to win the gold…we are ALL facing daily challenges that bring us failure after failure as we strive to become our best. I don’t know about you…but hearing an incredible story about someone (who is 1000 times more of an athlete than myself) battle tough times- and come out on top-gives me incentive to put a bit more “TRI” into the “UMPH”!  Check out the story from today….and remember that falling down isn’t a failure…it’s just your chance to get back up and KEEP GOING!
