Happy Sunday!

The “W.O.W.” is CONSISTENCY!!!  Perhaps the best kept secret that separates the achievers and the complainers is CONSISTENCY! CONSISTENCY can be described as “Always or Never.” Always eat right and you will get leaner. Never skip workouts and you will be stronger. Doing something occasionally, although convenient, doesn’t produce results. I have found that the achievers do always what the mediocre do occasionally. Get CONSISTENT in your actions and I promise results. This week, where can you add more CONSISTENCY to help move your needle in the right direction?


CREATE your “game changing” week! Set your TOP 5 list. You may scoff at this idea or tell yourself you will “remember it” without taking the time to write it down, but can you honestly say you are successful with your goals? I can promise you that keeping a TOP 5 list works! Making this list weekly with CONSISTENCY will help to keep you avoid distractions that make you forget priorities.
