Train for LIFE!
Tuesday’s “FOOD FOR THOUGHT”:
“Exercising to burn calories is the saddest way to view exercise. And usually of the lowest transfer to life. Exercise design focused on producing a more pain free mobile strong fluid body in motion changes how one lives their 168 hours a week. How one lives outside the gym is the key to a leaner stronger healthier body. In the gym that requires more neutrally complex exercises that are harder where should be (brain, fascia and muscle) and kinder where need be (joints and skeletal system) to net a body that works better with age in a sustainable way. I don’t need a 30 day quick fix that can break my body down too much too soon blasting calories. I need a 30 year long term development program to keep me healthy and at my best 365. Exercise can be SO much more. Performance focus instead of appearance focus and Coaching instead of training. A nice body is a byproduct, not the main focus. Ever notice athletes have great bodies?!” ~Peter Twist

Make sure to take the time to live in the moment, be kind to yourself, & live your best TODAY! If you were in a group practice yesterday, you heard a motivating story about Terry Fox. Take 8 minutes of your life today to hear his story and be INSPIRED. Remember if your “WHY” is big enough, you will find the “HOW”. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjgTlCTluPA
