Let’s face it…plans get foiled, and rarely happen exactly as expected. As much as we need a plan…we must remain flexible and open to change! Making the MOST of any situation is better than not taking any action at all!


The Dailey NUTRITION Tip: Refined sugars have NO nutritional value. NO vitamins, minerals, enzymes, fats, or fiber. They are empty calories that not only stick to your waistline, but they contribute to numerous health conditions. Everything beneficial is removed during the refining process. Best advice, AVOID IT!


The Relay for Life is this Friday…May 15th. It is an overnight adventure starting at 6pm on Friday night, going until 6am on Sat morning. If you are in Greensboro, come support the Dailey Fitness team during those hours and walk some laps, enjoy camaraderie, and have some FUN-honoring loved ones lost and survivors still fighting the battle against cancer! The event is at Western Guilford High School and there will be entertainment all through the night! Help our team log the “most laps walked” to get the award one more time!
