So why worry?!” This is your week to ACCELERATE! This task will be impossible if you are spending your precious time worrying out the things that are out of your control. What you CAN control: your THOUGHTS & your ACTIONS! Think the RIGHT things and ACT on them now! Don’t wait if you want to ACCELERATE!

The “W.O.W.” = ACCELERATE! If you have hit a plateau with your training, weight loss, career, a relationship…it’s time to ACCELERATE. The only way you can do this is to change your approach. This week, put your pedal to the metal when it comes to your goals. Get MORE SERIOUS than you have been up to this point. Treat the obstacles you will face this week as LESSONS, & learn from them how to get better! The only mistake is the one you continue to make & not learn from!

 

I’m FIRED UP for this week! SO much ACCELERATION about to happen for me. My body may have been “down & out” last week, but not my mind! I’ve been making my plan. The best way to make progress this week is to make YOUR plan. Write down the most important things you need to do to ACCELERATE this week…and stick to it.

 

At the studio- we’ve got an awesome week in the making. Plenty of opportunity for YOU to ACCELERATE this week! The first step towards ACCELERATION= SIGN UP! Don’t get left behind!

Want to see your needle move this week? Think OUTSIDE of your normal “routine”. Attend a class/workout that  you don’t usually do. Get ONE MORE workout than you’re used to-even if you have to pay extra. When you feel like quitting…try a little HARDER! When you want to sleep in and skip your 6am workout…GET UP & do it anyway! Make the most important thing THE most important thing!

Take your “MEDICINE”!

After being knocked down and OUT for the last nearly 48 hours…and not able to remember the last time I was so ill, I am truly THANKFUL to have my health. It really made me think about those who have long term illness, those who are enduring the painstaking treatments for cancer or other life threatening diseases, and especially those who are terminally ill. Take your health seriously! Cherish it. Treat it like it’s “the most important thing”…because it is. Without your health you are NO GOOD to anyone! Eat REAL foods, drink plenty of pure WATER, get enough REST, and of course get lots of EXERCISE! These are the “medicines” we should be taking every day, yet most folks don’t get the doses right. Where are you falling short? Get the doses RIGHT!

 

Speaking of health & CANCER….I hope you will consider showing your support to the Dailey Fitness TEAM & come out to our 7th annual Relay for Life fundraiser on Sat. June 28. We will be raising money for the American Cancer society to FIGHT BACK against cancer. Cancer has touched all of our lives, and a cure is out there. Attached is the flyer with the festivity details. Time = Money!

Happy Monday!

My husband and I have found ourselves saying “we just don’t have enough hours in the day”…A LOT! Sound familiar? Well, I’ve been thinking. Why do we need MORE hours so we can fill the extra hours with MORE STUFF? We all have the same number of hours each day, each week, each year…so why are some people more successful when it comes to getting things done? We’ve all heard the term “Time = Money.” Here’s another way to look at it…

  • 168 hours in a week.
  • 40 go towards your job.
  • 56 go towards sleep (at 8/night, but who really gets this).

This leaves you with 72 hours to make some serious changes in your life. If you don’t have enough TIME for the most important things (diet, sleep, exercise), it’s TIME to invest in better time management! You CAN make a change to your fitness, explore new hobbies, spend time with your family, and work on another business. COMMIT to it! No more excuses!

The “W.O.W.” (word of the week) = COMMITMENT! If you want to reach your goals…you’ve gotta have it! Whether you have work, relationship, health, fitness, or even rest goals…if you don’t fully commit to doing what’s necessary to achieve it, you will find yourself constantly starting over! This week get serious about ONE aspect of your life that you keep falling short and COMMIT to creating change.

Happy Friday Dailey Fitness Warriors!

Another AMAZING week has flown by! As you wind down the week, reflect back at your victories from the week. Did you reach all of the goals you set for yourself? If you fell short, can you identify what held you back so that you can attack that next week so you soar ahead?

 

There is no QUESTION that you are going to face challenges. The option you select when you meet them, however, will give you the ANSWER about where your life is going…”BEING CHALLENGED IN LIFE IS INEVITABLE, BEING DEFEATED IS OPTIONAL”!

 

The Dailey NUTRITION Tip: EAT AMARANTH! This little seed was a staple in the Aztec diet, and a phenomenal source of nutrition! It’s PACKED with fiber, is a complete protein all by itself, & is naturally gluten free! Amaranth is a powerhouse when it comes to nutrients and good for vegans too! Happy Monday!

What an AWESOME day! Weather is fantastic! First class of the day CRUSHED the sprint/Tabata workout (most are NOT runners by choice & the all left with huge smiles on their faces)! I witnessed a HUGE victory with one of my long time students who’s on a serious weight loss MISSION & she weighed in at the lowest # we have seen on her in at least 5 years! And… I have gotten a couple of wonderful personal emails from other students sharing thanks & good vibes. Does it get any better? Checking out the lineup for the last class of the day & 11 signed up…the potential is limitless!

 

The Dailey Health Tip: Got High Blood Pressure? Here are a few foods you should be eating to help lower it: Kiwi fruit, raisins, purple potatoes, garlic, bananas, watermelon, hawthorn berries, hibiscus, & dark chocolate. Organic whenever possible for all of these foods to avoid chemical pesticides & GMO’s!

 

The Dailey “WARRIOR” Tip: Want to be known for doing something GREAT? Simple process. Take on a great challenge this week and see it through. But there is the alternative: Remember the name of that person that always took the easy way out? Yeah, I don’t remember them either…
